  1. Would be great to have Chromecast Support on the ChromeOS version

    Hi just thought it would be a great Idea a if the ChromeOS version had Chromecast support like the Android version, as ChromeOS is becoming more popular I thought this would be a good Idea.
    I use Podcastaddict on both Android and ChromeOS, it's a great application thanks.

  2. Extra Share options

    The current share options are not helpful. When listening to a episode, typically I share the Show Post URL and title of the episode I'd like to have a share template in the format of "Listening to CHANNEL/TITLE - CHANNEL/ITEM/TITLE (CHANNEL/ITEM/TITLE/LINK)" so that people who are interested know what show I'm listening to, the episode name, and get the link to the site it was posted on (as opposed to the CHANNEL/ITEM/ENCLOSURE/@URL item). This is different than any other sharing options (I have tried all of them) and would be a significant justification to win over users from Stitcher/Downcast/iOS/etc.

  3. I have several suggestions

    Podcast addict should have personal accounts linked to facebook like "goodreads" it should let users rate podcasts feeds aswell as individual episodes and mark off all the listened to episodes

  4. clean up/merge/simplfy settings

    I love that you keep adding new features, but sometimes this means the settings can become confusing.

    Under Automatic Cleanup you have Trash and Once Listened To. These could be combined into one settings, with options to Delete as soon as listened to, Keep 1 day, 1 week, Keep forever, etc.

  5. Save and restore the scrollbar state of each podcast.

    I come back to a podcast where I'm already done with dozens of the latest episodes and wish to listen to an older episode and the app always starts me out at the top of the list.

  6. Use the same scrollbar in playlist as in podcast list

    The scrollbar in the podcast list is awesome as you can grab it and quickly move great distances. This would be great in the playlist also. I currently have 222 in my playlist and it's very difficult to navigate within it.

  10. Add support for Android KEYCODE_MEDIA_* keys

    For devices which have no touch support (like Amazon Fire TV), adding a method to play/pause/ffwd/rewind is needed. Individual episodes are possible to select, but there's no way to play them.

  11. Download by size

    It might be interesting to add to the filter function, the possibility of limiting the Size of podcasts.

    Increasingly radio cut emissions. This forces you to download full episodes over short ones. Which uses the consumption data, time and episode overload.

  12. PA Player should respect Headphone plug-in <> Bluetooth audio handoff

    If you're listening with a bluetooth speaker, and while the player is playing, you then plug in headphones, the audio switches to the Headphone. This is good. But then if you disconnect the bluetooth speaker, the player pauses. This is bad. I do this when getting ready for a workout.

    The opposite also happens; If you're listening with headphones plugged in and then establish a bluetooth connection with your speaker, then unplug the headphones; the player pauses. I do this sometimes at the end of a workout. I do have the option "Pause on headset disconnect" checked, but that should…

  14. Add Network settings category to list of podcast specific custom settings.

    This could allow, for example, certain podcasts to be downloaded on cell network while keeping the default behavior as WiFi download only.
