  1. Update users on the status of the previously mentioned cloud sync functionality..

  2. When playing AAC files show chapters. (Allow navigation)

    AAC podcast are 1h30min long. Contains a few articles (chapter). It would be nice to be able to see chapter title, or at least to go to next/previous one

  4. Add filters in podcast networks

    Plenty of podcasts are available in one podcast network.
    Adding a filter per radio station and per date of oldest/latest available episode could help focus on the current podcasts of the target radio station to ease reading.

  5. add option for downloading audio files only [not video]?

    I don't have a lot of space on my phone, but love the app, and I ONLY use the phone for audio podcasts, because of the space videos take up. I'd love to see an option in downloads for dl-ing audio only. [If this already exists, sorry - but I can't find it!!] Thanks!

    You can go into the podcast Custom settings and then apply a filter to only get Audio episodes. Once set for each podcast, the app will only retrieve audio content starting now, which should fix the issue of having video podcasts downloaded.

  6. Add the morning blaze podcast

    Right now you have the Glen Beck Program from the Blaze but not the morning blaze with Pat & Stu.

  7. Increase 'read' tolerance

    Love your app, by the way. Best on the market I think, and I have done some research. I have the delete episode after listening setting on, and I'm frustrated when I stop the podcast with a minute left, and it still doesn't count it as read. It would be nice to have more tolerance there so that all the episodes I do listen to get deleted. I'm sure there are other uses for this feature.

  9. Fix the rendering issue in Lollipop

    The mini player control that is added to the lollipop lock screen when playing a podcast, causes the screen to flicker and re-render the notifications. As soon as the podcast addict control is dismissed, the flickering stops.

  10. Jump to the next available episode in queue

    I have a long playlist. Most of the episodes are pre-downloaded. But some were added before they were downloaded (somehow by mistake).
    I have this setting to only play if the episode is downloaded it in on WiFi.
    So.. When player goes to the next item in list and it is not downloaded yet and I'm not on WiFi (I'm driving), then it will just stop. Even though I have other previously downloaded items in the same list...

  11. Make a DOWNLOADED EPISODES Icon/Button

    Please add a DOWNLOADED EPISODES icon/button that's as large as the ones showing the episodes I subscribe to (and the first one shown). When a podcast ends and we want to start a new one, we have to go back, then push the tiny lines icon by the word Podcasts to get to the list of available downloads.
    Would be much SAFER when driving!

    There’s a screen called ‘Downloaded episodes’ available in the sliding menu.
    If you want to play multiple episodes without having to interact with the app you need to add the episodes in the playlist first. You can do this manually or you can enable Automatic playlist so downloaded episodes are added to the playlist automatically.

  12. GoTo Option, Loop in Time, File Name Change

    GoTo Option: When player is on, I find it necessary to put an option to go to a specific point in time, by now we have the option to go backward or forward with a personalizable step or just moving the point upon the time line. I am talking about putting a "go to..." option.

    Loop in Time: Also it would be useful a "Loop option", not the one present already for looping files, but another more specific that allow a continuous play and repeat of a segment of time in a file.

    Filename Change: Third suggestion is allow name…

    FYI you can already use the "Play From position" feature available in the player screen to play from a specific time stamp. Upcoming version of the app allows you to repeat chapters / bookmarks. So you can loop a specific part of an episode

  13. Add user accounts/profiles

    I've used podcast addict on 4 phones now. I love the app, so I keep downloading it every time I get a new phone or tablet. I get frustrated, however, when I have to re-subscribe to all my favorite podcasts, sort through all the episodes I've already listened to, readjust all my settings, etc... If I had the ability to log into my account as soon as I reloaded the app, perhaps even link it to my Facebook profile, life would be a little better. Hell, I'd even be willing to pay for the app if it gave me the…

  15. Let my private podcast private

    Hello (sorry for poor English)
    I made a private podcast on my server and it works fine for me. But now i found it in the search engine from podcast addict.
    What can i do to let it private so that nobody can find this?

  16. Skype calls will not pause the podcast, it will only mute it. Could this be fixed?

    I listen to a podcast, Skype calls (Sony Xperia Z3 if that matters), podcast mutes, I reject Skype call, I miss 10 seconds of the podcast and need to go in to rewind the lost time.

    Regarding the issue, the app will just react to Android default audio focus mechanism.
    If an app asks for the audio focus for a short time the app will either lower the volume or pause then resume playback depending on your settings. If the focus is taken for a long time the playback will just stop.
