Be able to remove episodes from device withOut losing them in the playlist
I just want to be able to delete withOUT dequeue from my playlist, so that while my playlist may get long (especially since there's the one playlist to manually work with), the amount of downloaded episodes doesn't have to eat up all my device space.
This way I could comfortably queue up and select episodes I want to get to over the upcoming days+, and if there get too be too many downloaded then I can remove those from download without losing them in my playlist.
Also wish we could merge duplicate/similar Feedback suggestions.

Add bottom spacer
If i have the playlist window open and then click the home button I sometimes accidentally select a later episode on the playlist instead (last visible playlist is <1/4" from home button). Some small spacer or dead zone would prevent this

Add subcategories to podcasts
Some podcasters, especially those with "seasons" and with premium subcriptions don't maintain a standard naming convention over the years and sorting by date published doesn't work if they remove episodes and re-post them in a private feed.
Categories is a good idea for podcasts but for episodes, you have to update one by one if you're adding to say, "Season 1" because the batch selection options dont allow for such change.

Sort Downloaded Episodes By Podcast, then by episode title
In "downloaded podcasts" view, I currently can sort by "podcast title" which is really by episode title. I want to sort by podcast series, then within that sort by title.

[Stat] Average of new listening time by day / week
Hi !
It'd be awesome to have a stat about how much "time to listen" is added by day. I currently have many subscriptions, which provide X hours to listen by day (on average). I know that passed a certain amount of time by day / week, I won't be able to listen everything.
I could be processed easily I hope, based on the previous download (divided by the number of days).

Allow custom settings for widget buttons. Ex: I don't care at all about the playlist and just want to go to new episodes.
Allow the shortcut buttons on the widget to be custom mapped to any card in the app.

I didn't get it to run on my kindle fire 8 yet, but my android TV boxes. 🙂
The thing is, on these boxes, I have a constant internet connection but nearly no local storage.This toggle might also be called "stream all your podcasts instead of downloading and saving them locally until you have listened to them"...

Add more options to the home screen widget (Open screen)
You should add more controls to that widgets like Playback history, Playback in progress, Radio stations, etc. Basically add all options available in the app overflow menu to that widget

Underneath share episode add another option that shares the title of the episode, the author, and just the Mp3 url.
I don't want to share the description it's too long. And I do not want to share the Podcast Addict URL because I don't want people having to go to a web page. I just want them to see the title of the episode, the author, and then be able to click the hyperlink directly to the MP3 so it starts playing on their phone

Add an optional timer for each playlist item
This would be brilliant for driving. Some podcasts are really long and I sometimes want to listen to a couple of different ones rather than getting to the end. So in other words at the end of the timer it skips to the next track.

Bouton Stop
Bonjour, c'est possible de mettre un bouton stop sur le widget car quand je désactive les oreillettes bluetooth, la radio se met sur pose et le lendemain par exemple, la radio se remet là où je l'ai laissé alors à ce moment là je suis obligé d'ouvrir l'appli, appuyer sur stop et remettre lecture. Open the app to downloaded episodes
when I hope in the car to drive I'd like to open the app to the episodes I've downloaded rather than seeing a bunch of new stream able (data consuming) episodes. A setting to open the app to my library of donloaded episodes that I know i want to hear would be GREAT
