Extending time when the sleep timer is ending
Would really like to have a way to shake for extending time when the sleep timer is about to stop the player.

update the pending downloads page to allow for override of only wifi requirement for individual episode.
I like the global setting to only download over wifi. However, sometimes I am away from wifi and want to download something to listen to. I might have 5 podcasts pending download. I'd like to be able to go into the pending downloads page, long press on the episode, and tell it to download even though I'm not on wifi.
24 votesUntil I implement a ‘real’ download manager, the next version will allow you to long press on an episode in the ‘Download manager screen’ and select ‘Force download’. This will allow to download THIS episode while bypassing the app network settings. This flag will reset when the app gets killed or the if the device is rebooted. If you don’t enable this in for the first episode in the download queue, then it won’t do anything until the 1st episode is downloaded.
This will be implemented in the next version (v3.3)

Revamp the UI when using CC
make the UI integrate better into the rest of the app while casting. Also bring back a sleeptimer as i really miss that feature so i would have to use my rather bad phone speakers instead of my AV-Reciever to fall asleep while listening to a podcast.

category filter in downloaded episodes
It will be great if we could filter by category in the downloaded episodes space.

Exclude favorites from downloaded episode quota.
If I retain 5 episodes per podcast, but then mark an episode as favorite, I'll only retain 4 new episodes at a time. If I reach 5 favorites, I'll never automatically download any new episodes. Is there a way to make it so favorites don't count against your podcast maximum?

Include an option to display the full episode title.
It is the only annoying element for myself, that the titles get cut off and I don't know what the episode is about. Every time I want to scan the episodes list I must turn on the auto rotation mode (which I keep off by default), come back to the app and turn the phone 90 degrees to see the full titles in the landscape mode. And once finished, go back and turn the auto rotation mode off. That's a hurdle. And I must repeat it often.
An option to display the full episodes titles in the list view would…

Download from multiple feeds at the same time.
Was stuck downloading a 60 meg podcast at a very slow speed, while having about 5-6 other podcasts in the queue from other feeds, all about 3-5 megs that would come down in a couple of seconds.

Add Twitter Handle for podcasts in auto tweets
I'd like to be able to add a twitter handle in the per podcast settings for the auto tweet feature to have the completed tweet tag the podcast's account.

Custom Image for Virtual Podcasts?
LOVE the handling of virtual podcasts. Is there any way to set a custom image as the "podcast" image? Similar to Windows Media Player using a cover.jpg image if found in the folder.

Sonos support
The setting that allows us to configured where podcasts are stored does not work as expected, and as such is incompatible with Sonos. If I designate /Podcasts (what Sonos expects) it should really put them in there, not in /Podcasts/podcast. I've logged this as an issue on the Sonos website as well. One or both of you should be able to handle this - hopefully both because it's not great customer service to punt when it's in your power to do so.
22 votesThe upcoming beta (v3.40) will remove the ‘podcast’ subfolder but only when you select the device ‘Podcasts’ library path to store downloaded files.

Automatic sleep timer
Add an option to automatically start the sleep timer in a specified time range. For example the sleep timer always runs between 10pm and 6am. This would allow users to not have to start it every night

Ca n’est pas le comportement par défaut, mais il est possible de le modifier dans “Paramètres/Player/Ecran éteint” -
Download latest episode automatically after subscribing
1st off, my settings are to automatically download new episodes.
I would like it if the app would also automatically download the latest episode of every new podcast I subscribe to. This is not happening, not even after refreshing the podcasts manually.

Would be very usefull to be able to sort on Priority then by date. This would ensure that the newest of your favorites is allways on top
