Consider adding a warning about App Data deleting OPML and full database backups

Episode descriptions were not being displayed, so I decided to wipe app data and see if some corruption in the configuration database was causing it. I did OPML and full backup, the then wiped app cache and data. To my surprise, that action wiped the backup files in their directories as well (though it left the folders in place); now I'll need to recover my feed list by wracking my brain. Not a LOT of feeds, but some other user with hundreds could get quite upset.

Could you add a note to this effect to the backup dialogs and the help articles on this site?

(BTW, wiping data and reinitializing the app *has* so far fixed the episode descriptions problem)
