I suggest you ...

Mark individual episodes as read/deleted with right/left swipe.

Right now it takes too much taping, menu walking to delete individual eposodes. Imagine you have 50 episodes and you need to keep 4? With swipe it is fast and easy.

If you refresh and you have too many episodes in new list, it's easier to clean that list with a swipe. Ok, you can push select button and choose episodes to mark them as read, but sometimes you don't know if a episode is interesting or not, and you have to read the description, but you can't do it until you finalize the process: mark as read, enter episode, back, select again and choose episodes. It's too long! This feature is the only one I miss from Pocketcast, I really think Podcast Addict is better at 99%. Other way to solve this could be adding "mark as read" as a quick action, like play or download.
    Thank you.

For me who listen essentially in my car why drinving, i can't touche my phone, so push menu, read clic... is impossible.

I have many podcast downloaded, i don't want to listen all of them. I need a way to delete them in one touch or two. Or swipe.
May be it can be add to the option menu !

I totally DISagree with the idea. The select button, then choose action totally do the job. It’s fast and easy right now. I often wipe lint on my screen and don’t want my episodes to disappear because of a misinterpreted swipe.

You can already select multiple episodes and then choose mark read to perform the same thing.
