Add Login Functionality

Adding an optional login feature would be great. This way, when I change phones, I can download Podcast Addict on my new phone, login, and all of my favorites, subscription data, and played episodes data will be there.

    Please add your "add episode to playlist" button on each episode listing so we don't have to open another window to select it for the playlist.
    I just moved from the Beyondpod debacle and enjoy my new Podcast Addict very much!
