Automatic priority learning.
I would like to see some automatic learning with the priority settings.
Idea for to set up...
All podcasts get set to 0 score.
If I choose to push a podcast episode to the top of the queue or choose to start playing a podcast out of order it gets +1. If I listen to an episode in full then it gets +0.5
If I delete a podcast episode without listening or skip a large amount to the end, then -1.
Then separate them into bins to set their priority.
Thanks for suggesting this.
This is a relyy good idea.
I will add a setting in the Priority screen that allows this automatic learning behavior.
It will not work exactly how you described it but will have different actions impacting the scrore.
A first beta should be available in the next couple of days top.
Thanks

Edit: the first beta will be available in a couple of hours top.
You can enable this feature in the app Settings/Manage lists/Priorities screen

I have looked on your website, but cannot see which priority is the highest - is 1 the top priority, or is 9? Thanks

Hi Xavier, I really love the new automatic priority feature, so thanks for adding it!
I'm really interested in how it works - what the algorithm is for determining priority, or what actions change priority (and in what way etc. etc.).
I'd really appreciate it if you could give a brief outline of how it works, or link to a webpage that explains the algorithm.
Thanks
