Change jump backward/forward sliders to be more user friendly
The sliders for changing the duration of a jump are currently rather difficult to use, and would benefit greatly from being changed to work like the slider that modifies the playback speed so that it's easier to input an exact value. Alternatively, these sliders could also be changed to allow the user to directly enter a number, which is the best option IMO.

Completely agree. It is simple to customize into and outro skip seconds, but impossible to enter a precise length of time to jump forward or backwards.
