Improve handling of download podcasts
When I update my podcasts daily, I scan for top items and download those manually, partially to create a prioritized playlist, but mainly to avoid using cell data.
This caused a problem when my playlist looks like this:
episode #1 (downloaded)
episode #2 (not downloaded, won't stream when no wifi)
episode #3 (downloaded)
Ideally, I want to press play, and if #2 is skipped, #3 starts playing. Instead, I have to manually manage this.
Likewise, since I'm manually managing, that means I usually stop a downloaded podcast with a bit left to go and picking the next one. That means the first one is never deleted in a cleanup because it's not marked read. Would be nice to have a setting "if there's less than N minutes left, mark it read when it stops being the currently played episode."

You can enable Settings/Playlist/Skip on error in order to do this.
If you’re done listening to an episode you can long press on the next episode button so the app can first delete the current one and then switch to the next episode
