Make it easier to play mp3 from folders
First, most music players seem to organize music like for old style records. I mean
That type of music detail
But I keep my music in file folders. Probably that's what most people do.
So when I want to play music I go to the file folder and make selections. Of course the product is for podcasts. But if it can do double duty it's one less app sucking space and attention.
How can I simply navigate, within PP, to file folders? Then select multiple tracks (not necessarily in order)?
The PLAYER function does not solve the problem for me.
This would let use PA as my only mp3 app.
@Reto: the app plays episodes based on your playlist. You can use the Custom playlist tab to create a specific category for this podcast and then listen to this category by selecting it. Feel free to send me an email in case you have any question (Settings/Feedback/Email)
Hello Xavier, virtual podcast works great for audiobooks. The one issue I have is that playback stops at the end of each file (chapter). I know that I can change the playlist settings to continuous play, but that's a global setting and I don't want that for regular podcasts. Would be great if there were a per-podcast setting for continuous playback.
@Reto you can use the virtual podcast feature to do so.

I have a similar use. I have a lot of radio plays in mp3 format. Each folder contains one radio play, each file is a chapter. I currently use a file manager to navigate to the right folder. Tapping on the first file I'm given the option to play in podcast addict. This is all great, but playback stops after the first file. How can ı make PA keep playing all the files in the same folder? In the order of file names.
