I would like to be able to disable streaming on my home WiFi, but have the ability to download and update. All WiFi is not equal. My WiFi router is LTE-based, thus mobile data costs still apply, but it is treated like a fixed-line. I want to be able to download-update on this connection, but not stream. The WiFi-filter permission gives a blanket permission for download-stream-update While you can force download while streaming, it does not prevent the playlist from auto-streaming undownloaded episodes when connecting to WiFi.
