After every update the widget disappears. Is this normal?
Your frequent updates make this irritating.

I saw your review on the Play store.
On the 1st part of the review: no you don't have to navigate back to the main screen. Just swipe left or right to switch to the previous/next episode.Regarding the 2nd issue. This is a ROM/launcher bug and there's nothing I can do about it.
Please take a look at the user feedback on the Google Play service. This is the second time in 3 years and 35K reviews that someone complained about my costumer service.
This is just a personnal project I worked on on my free time, which is basically night and weekend. I always answer any mail/tweet/ticket/suggestion posted about the app.
When you have ~300K daily users and a day job, I don't think asking user to post in the correct section is considered bad costumer service.
There's 2 parts on this site: New feature suggestion and Support. I'm just asking to post on the correct section.
If you want me to fix something or answer a question this is the only way I can see them. I only take a look at the popular new feature requests from time to time to implement them, so I will never see issues posted on this section.
So once again I'm not declining anything I asking the user to use the correct section so I can answer him properly, with a UI that allows me to receive files, send debug versions, ...
If I want to keep answering everyone this is the only way it can work. -

I agree with the OP. Ignoring a legitimate customer complaint because it was not reported in the correct way indicates a priority of bureaucratic procedures over customer service. I'll be finding another podcast app.

Please read my message. Report this issue by pressing the contact support button. You didn't report it in the correct section. And please give some information about the issue (android/ROM version, device, app version)

This is bad customer service. Why are you declining this comment? This is an annoying issue and other apps that are free audio players don't do this after an update. I can name a few if it helps you figure it out

Not always just following an update. After 10+ hours following a reboot, the widget 'forgets' that it can work. Reboot. Repeat as necessary. The difference being that following an update, you can remove and re-add the widget and it works... after the 10+ hours, only rebooting works for remove/re-add.
