virtual audiobook: cover being overwritten with the folder cover when (marked) finished, so different files in a folder end up with the same cover; option to disable cover change when audiobook finished?

By default the app deletes episode custom artwork when the episode is marked as played. You can disable this behavior in Settings/Automatic cleanup
