drag drop playlist order is not enabled or available
After the changes made to accommodate Google's new rule I removed and re-installed Podcast Addict.
Now I cannot reorder the playlist by drag/drop.
- There are no handles
- There is no option to enable manual sort

Please restore the default manual sorting mode. After that you will be able to reorder episodes using the handle displayed on the left side of the rows

There is no option to restore the manual sort order. Where should we find that? Not in the 'Playlist' menu. Can you please indicate exactly where it should be? I checked all menus, no success.
The handles disappeared with some update, they are just not available in the playlist. How can they be restored to move items manually in the playlist?
