filter podcast by name for automatic download
I'd like to download some files from a podcast source, but not all the podcasts from that source. This would require the following features:
* filter podcasts by a search expression
* create multiple recurring download queue entries
* set a frequency of recurrence (usually 24hr)
* set a frequency to test for new files (say every 10 minutes)
* have a rule to not keep testing for a new file for a given search expression once it is found in any 24 hour period.

It looks like you can now do this by using the podcast filtering settings. You will be able to filter by type (audio, video, text) and by keywords (included and/or excluded)
Please let me know if this doesn’t solve your issue.
Thanks

No. You can only filter seeing what you are interested in, but not skip downloading those podcasts you don't want from a given source. The filtering is directed only to the browsing of the episodes. i.e. If I filter an episode out following e.g. keyword, duration or size criteria I won't be seeing it on my lists but will download it. If I want to have the five last episodes of a subtype from a given source which publishes many other files I am not interested in, the downloaded 'noise' will make my choice difficult. For instance, many radio stations provide a podcast for the long show (the one I want) and a varying number of other ones with small chunks (e. g. interviews or excerpts from the program). To keep the last three long episodes implies downloading a huge number of episodes which, besides vary in number with the days, so it is not presettable. See exemplarily 'mas de uno' or 'la brújula' at onda cero Spain. There should be a possible setting where the filter is only directed to the downloading itself, while all the episodes can still be browsed. One might be wanting to download some content for availability off-line, but still be interested in having all the existing offer when using flat rate networks (for streaming, for instance). The ideal option would be to have a browsing filter that is independent from the downloading filter, of course. Perhaps as an option (checkbox activating the diverging criteria setting) from the same filter manager

Can I close this suggestions ?
For now you can filter episodes by type (audio, video, text) and by their name.
Is that OK ? -
You can now filter episodes by their name. To do so you can provide a list of mandatory words and another one of forbiden words

No it's not implemented yet

@xavier
is this already available? I just downloaded for android, and couldn't find the way to do it. My case is the same as Maxime's. In my case, I could filter by name.

Next version will allow to filter episodes by type (audio/video/text) as well as by episode title keywords. So that's part of what you want. Episode that don't match the rules will not be added in the app

I agree with the filter on the name. But it would be great to have also other option like duration of episode
For one exemple. I have a daily podcast. there always one full episode and and cuted parts of the same episode. so it would be great that's the auto download don't download the two versions
