Bug: "Failed to download [podcast]"
"Exception while connecting to the server: socket closed..." message appears any time I try to download ANY podcast, on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Any ideas?

The error message says that the remote server is rejecting the connection. Please try to paste the episode url within you device web browser to see if that works. I’m guessing it will fail as well.
To do so, long press on the episode, select copy to clipboard and paste the url in the webbrowser address bar.
Also if you’re on kitkat and try downloading on your sd card make sure to use the app folder. As explained in the app and the FAQ, since kitkat app are only authorized to write data in their own folder.
