to be able to listen podcast during it is downloading
at the moment if podcast is downloading and i want to listen it starts to stream it so it doubles traffic. it is not practical with mobile data

I will add this feature in the next version (v3.2)
It will be disabled by default and the setting will have a beta status for some time until I can make sure it works fine for everyone

Like stream the podcast while writing it to the storage medium. it should serve both purposes.
