  1. Add delay when resuming bt/wired connection

    I'd like an option to delay "resume playback when connecting a Bluetooth/wired connection. My Bluetooth speaker doesn't remember the last volume (or it's Android fault) and always at a very high volume (some wired speakers always start at 100!). You could à delay option in seconds to give the user the time to lower volume before playback starts.

  3. Move all controls to the bottom of the screen

    All the controls (like share, download, favorite star, even the sandwich) should be on the bottom of the screen. It just makes so much more sense on the big screens we have nowadays. Especially if you have 18:9 screen ratio.

  4. Abandon du stream en cas de perte de reseau

    Bonjour,
    J'utilise beaucoup les flux radio. En streaming, donc. Et ce, en transport, avec les coupures réseau fréquentes qui s'y associent. Si la coupure dure un certain temps (je dirais 1 minute), l'appli semble abandonner et stop la lecture. M'obligeant à relancer la lecture manuellement lorsque la connexion revient. Je comprend bien la nécessité d'abandonner pour ne pas vider la batterie. Ceci dit, ne serait-il pas possible de surveiller l'état du réseau, pour relancer la lecture des celui-ci de retour ? A défaut, peut-être au moins permettre de régler la durée avant abandon ? Dans mon cas, 5 minutes au…

  5. Microphone function

    I often listen to podcasts in a plane, train or bus. When announcements are made, for example from the flight crew, I have to pause my podcast and take off my headset to listen to the announcement.

    An easily accessible microphone button would be nice: It pauses the podcast, turns on the microphone and sends the sound to my headset.

    I could then easily listen to announcements and just as easily continue with my podcast.

  6. Samsung Watch only supports sharing music tracks in designated folders

    I can only sync files with my Watch that are in distinct pre-defined folders (ick) - Is it possible to have an option to NOT create the Podcast/below folders so I can just download straight to /Samsung/Music and sync from there? I don't mind tidying it up occassionally, but moving files around when I want to autosync the next episode of the Podcast is a pain...

  7. Sort by the mean duration of the subscriptions

    This allows to keep all episodes from a single subscription together while allowing to further sort with a subscription e.g. by publication date.

  8. Allow filter for episodes older than a certain calendar date.

    I'd like to move from my current podcast app to podcast addict. There are many podcasts that I am "halfway" through listening to. I would like to mark all episodes older than that as read. So, for instance, let's say there's a podcast with 150 episodes, and (in my current app) I just listened to episode 95. I'd like a way to mark all episodes from 1-95 as read in podcast addict. This way I can easily continue without having to individually mark the earlier episodes as read.

  11. Automatically prioritize download of episodes in current playlist

    Currently, when adding episodes to playlist during a large update, episodes continue to download in the order in which they are added to the download manager.

    Please consider adding new option to cause the download manager to automatically promote to the top
    of the download queue any episodes that were added to the playlist. Thus when an episode in the playlist is still awaiting download, the chances of it being unavailable for playback are reduced.

  12. UX: Under an Episode detail page, right menu dropdown, rename "Website"

    I love this feature! I think the menu item should have a better name so people are more likely to find out about it.

    "Website" is pretty generic. It doesn't convey that my browser will open and take me to the podcast episode show notes.

  16. Setting A Podcasts Programme Schedule

    Currently, we have a Playlist where you can list and plan podcast episodes to listen to.

    What if I would like to have a pre-configured Postcast shows list, in which every list item will represent the latest episode (that I have yet listened to). Every iteration of that list will proceed to the next-previous episode of the listed show.

    For example, I wish to serially schedule the Lawfare podcast, the Macro Musings podcast, and the Nature podcast. I play the list and first in line is the latest Lawfare episode from 2 days ago. Next, the latest Macro Musings episode…

  17. Allow both podcasts and radio stations to be listed together

    Perhaps I'm missing something, but I don't see a way to list my podcasts and radio stations side by side workout changing menus... I'd love it if I had the options to see all my listening options in one place, including both podcasts and radio streams.

  20. Give more eq options

    Been a user/supporter for years and while I've seen a lot of cool features added, the tone controls have been unchanged for a long time. I wish there was either a way to manually control different eq bands or have presets that are more 'extreme' than the current settings. For me, the challenge is always to boost the treble and cut the bass to make muddy podcasts more legible over the road noise and whatnot. The current presets are better than nothing but I wish they would boost/cut even more. But control over individual eq bands would be even better.…
