Be able to click on a podcast in available to download without it then disappearing from your list.
When I refresh my list of available podcasts to determine which I'd like to download... if you click one to see show notes or details (without downloading it) then go back to your list of available podcasts to download the one you looked at is no longer in your list. At that point you have to navigate to that podcast sub and download it from there or select mark played to have it removed from your available to download list. Search includes keywords in the description
Hello,
I really like this app but wish the search function was a little better. For example, if I search for a specific speaker (in this example "Simon Conway Morris") or specific producer ("BBC 4") the search doesn't seem to recognize these terms and won't display results for them, despite both words/ phrases being in the description. I only know they are in the description because in a different podcast app when I search those words many more episode/ podcast options come up. Enhance Virtual Podcasts
I would to be able to designate a single Virtual Podcast Folder, and then any folder I put in that folder would show up as its own podcast. For example .... let's say you record classes at school. You have a series of recordings for History, Biology, and Geography. All you need to is create sub folders with those names in your primary virtual podcast folder and now you see a History, Biology, and Geography podcast in your lists. This saves having to create an individual virtual podcast for each subject

Add download size to downloaded podcasts
In the episode list, similar to how it says length of episode, display how big the file is of the downloaded podcast.

Opening on screen of choice - when coming from e.g. Bar Launcher (not shortcut)
Currently it's impossible to open on a screen of choice when starting via a notification bar launcher (e.g. "Bar Launcher", but there are many such apps out there).
For those of us who run, this method of opening the app is preferred, and the simple task of sifting through the menu to open the playlist while moving is extremely difficult :(
The 1x1 launcher shortcut isn't available since it's not a launcher mechanism, so I'm wondering if anyone has a solution, or is this feature worthy?

Dismiss podcast suggestions
A feature to dismiss podcast suggestions that I'm not interested in so they don't show in suggestions anymore. No point in seeing the same suggestions all the time.

Add options for how smart priority adjust priorities
Allow changing how priorities are updated when smart priorities is enabled. Specifically I would want to increment the priority only when an episode is fully listened to (not when skipping ahead in the playlist)

I really need an Option to add the YouTube Videos to a Playlist.

Some content providers have developed intelligent speakers. But there are tons of continent which is not suitable for the children child.. And parents have no control over the continent.. Pod cast can develop a speaker version of the application.. Which can be controlled where the cell phone.. Then we can determine what coordinates our children can listen to. And it can function a alarm clock.

SORT BY: date of addition to playlist
Hi, it would be possible to add another sort filter?
I'd like to sort the playlist by the date in which the episodes were added (even if thery're not downloaded).
If you download every episode you can sort them by download date, which is similar. But if you don't download them all there is no way to sort them like I said. Thanks10 votes -
Mark als played or proceed when download error appears
I have some podcast where the content ist only available for e recent period of time. After this time a download ist no longer available.
In the app the episode still appears as unplayed and the automatic download does not proceed with the next episode because the download is marked as an error.
If the app could check the possibility of downloading and showing only these episodes or dismisses episodes which are no longer available and mark them as played so you don't have to search for an downloadable episode by hand.

Optionally expand full screen playback when starting a podcast
Add an option to automatically bring playback window full screen when a podcast is started. The small window down at the bottom of the screen is too difficult to use, especially while driving or at a stop light.

Turn off custom layout on EMUI by default
EMUI, xiaomi's version of Android, doesn't like it when you have a custom layout. Without rooting your phone there is no lock screen widget. If possible detect this and adjust settings.

Add option to normalize audio level across multiple podcasts
I have podcasts from multiple sources in my playlist, and when i listen to the playlist i have to adjust volume after every transition from a podcast to the next. Is there a way to normalize the sound/audio level accross podcasts within the playlist, or to adjust volume within each podcast setting. Thank you.

Add Mark played option in Playlist
I use automatically an generated playlist in which I listen to the podcasts as required and they auto "Mark as read" at the end.
My issue is a single podcast (and potentially others) I have auto added to the playlist as a new item arrives as an alert, and there is no option but to go into the individual podcast to tidy it up.
A mark played option would tidy the playlist AND podcast, and this would also allow me to tidy any podcasts I accidentally skipped over with a few minutes up go in a quick manner.18 votes
