Add swipe to refresh episodes from Playlist view
I often listen from the playlist screen only, and when I finish listening to the playlist, I'd like to be able to check if new episodes are posted with just one click or swipe without having to find it on at a menu our go back to Podcasts and click refresh. Is this possible? Thanks!

Review Session for bookmarks
When driving to work or exercising you can use the existing bookmark feature to mark interesting sequences. That's good and improvement ideas already exist on this (single click to create bookmark for example).
I am missing a feature to easily listen again to all the bookmarks I have set during the daily/weekly commute. Some kind of daily, weekly review as you know from GettingThingsDone. Show current play time plus a back jump button in bookmarks view
When you are in the bookmarks view and wish to add a bookmark while playing an episode, the elapsed time isn't shown, which means that if you want to add a bookmark and make sure that the position (time) is correct, you need to jump back from the bookmarks view into player view to jump back a few seconds and then read the elapsed time, memorize it, and then back to bookmarks view to add a bookmark. Implement noise reduction
It should be useful for some podcasts since some of them have this kind of static noise which you can hear at max volume. Some podcast players already have this feature in case you want to see its purpose. Player.FM is one example. It will improve the overall quality of the voices.

Increase the size of playback bar in "Car mode"
The "Car mode" it's very useful when I am driving but some times I need to rewind or fast foward fast and I use the playback slide bar to drag the cursor to a certain position in the audio (for example, when I am earing learning courses). The cursor in this mode is only point in a line and it's dificult sometimes to point it and drag it. I propose a bigger cursor to permit to touch it while driving without lost the seeing of the road

have the option of deleting a downloaded podcast without automatically marking it as read.
I often need to free up space on my phone by manually deleting downloaded but unplayed episodes. At the moment, I have to delete them and then go back in to each podcast to mark them all as unread.

Add option to "Upon short audio notification" = stop.
The reason I want the application to stop playback is because I have the following use case.
Podcast Addict (PA) is primarily used on my phone. Occasionally I will get a incoming call and when that occurs, the call May simultaneously come in on my mobile phone and a landline. I currently use the setting for "Pause / Resume" within PA. When I answer the landline however, PA resumes as expected, and I have to find the pause button in the app in order to address the landline call without the podcast playing .

enable override for adding to playlist top automatically.
I sort by manual or sometimes published date old to new. But I subscribe to one news podcast that I want to listen to as soon as it's available.
I'd love the option to have it auto add to the playlist at the top position, so it's always next when downloaded.

Allow an optional argument to the intents for Playlist to specify which one to open
I'm using the Tasker intents to create shortcuts (rather than widgets) to open the playlist or the player, but I have constructed a number of different playlists (using categories, priorities and sorting) for different situations. It would be great if I could specify with an intent the name of the category to use without having to manually select one interactively, particularly as most of my podcast playing is done while I'm driving, so anything that minimises the interaction needed is beneficial.

Allow categories on episodes, not just podcasts
I would love to be able to change the category on specific episodes within a podcast. Some podcasts have various formats that could be tagged, live episodes or even certain guests/characters.
I know I can search, but being able to go to the custom playlist and have a ready built playlist of all the MOPES episodes from improv4humans, for example, would be great.

Show read episodes
With the "eye" icon in the toolbar you can switch the view to either show all episodes or just the unread episodes.
There is no way to just show the read episodes, which usually hide themselves in the 'all episodes' view like needles in a haystack.
Basically this feature request asks to provide a third state of the eye switch to show just the read episodes. This view would allow to easily handle read episodes, e.g.:
x mark (a subset of) them
x delete (some of) them
x read/listen againThis feature request is somewhat related to 'Show favorite episodes…

Sort playlist by total cumulative listening time
Is it possible to add a sorting criteria based on total listening time to each podcast?
E.g. I have a subscription that has 6 hour episodes, and most of the others are 20 minutes. I would like to prioritise the shorter ones in my playlist until they all have 6 hours total listening time, equalising the time I spend on each.

Add manual sort with priority inserts
I would like a way to choose how new episodes get inserted into a manual playlist based on priority. A simple way to do this is that new episodes will get placed above all lower priority episodes, but always after the current playing episode. In addition (though of less importance to me), it would be neat to have a "Priority Interrupt" option for a podcast where it will actually interrupt the current episode if it's higher priority and will then be placed at the very top of the list. Add “playing“ to the sort options in the playlist
I would be very happy if you could add an additional sort option for the playlist to allow sorting related to the active playing. With this I would put this to the first sort criteria and so the currently playing episode would be always on the top and other newer episodes which are downloaded later would be sorted just behind it. Currently they are sorted before and I need to skip backward or select manually the first episode of the playlist

Add "2" as an option for "number of downloaded episodes to keep"
When listening with archive mode and automatic downloads, this is the ideal number: That'd be ideal for me: One I'm currently listening to, one ready in case the same podcast is next in the sort order. I sometimes have a few different old podcasts going at once, and I'd prefer to use 33% less space.
