  1. download frequency

    allow different download frequencies for individual podcasts, e.g. download just the latest episode once a day/2days/week etc. For some podcast only the latest episode is relevant (e.g. news) whereas others all episodes are relevant.

  2. It should be possible to select an existing folder as download folder.

    I have a folder podcast on a SD-card that i want to use as download folder. But i can not use it, only an error messsage"folder exists" is displayed.

    this is specially annouing because this folder was created by podcast addict, but after a reset all configuration entries are forgotten.

  3. audio notification handling

    When resuming after audio notification, rewind 2 secs.
    Do not resume immediately. Wait 3 secs because some notifications are repeated or spoken in pieces.
    If the total pause is long rewind 10-15 secs

  4. Option to refresh when the app starts

    It would not be a force refresh, in wifi only mode on mobile data, it would do nothing.

    Add an option in Parameters --> Download : if battery is in load.

    Add ability to change the feed encoding (UTF8 / ISO-8859-1) to let the correct display of some special characters depending the language used by the podcast.

  7. Allow podcasts to tag themselves as fiction

    What I would like is to be able to look in the trending and new podcast section for comedy fiction and not see crime shows and comedians.

    I would like the podcasts to be able to market themselves appropriately, conan obrien is not the same kind of comedy as return home, but both are under the comedy tag.

    Maybe ask your podcasts to submit ideas for new categories?

    Fiction, anthology, drama, horror.

    Most of the fiction podcasts don't fit well into any of the current main tags, so end up in sections where their potential new listeners can't find them.

  8. Hats

    The shirt was great but if you start offering some hats with the podcast addict LOGO and maybe the words "Podcast Addict", I would pay like $40 for that. (preferably offered in neutral colors like black or grey)

  9. Quick access to sort options

    Currently it's 4 taps to change sort in podcast list. I think castbox did it in 2. Would prefer to have this in the action bar instead of refresh (which pull down gesture is intuitive enough for) or the action mode, which I haven't seen in any of Google's apps.

  10. Raccourci statistiques d'écoute

    Bonjour et merci pour tout ce qu'apporte cette application pratique et complète que j'utilise quotidiennement. Je n'ai qu'une seule demande : j'aimerais pouvoir accéder plus rapidement aux statistiques d'écoute via un bouton dans le menu latéral de navigation.

  11. Filter with predefined podcast based keywords

    I'd like to be able to use predefined keyword to filter episodes out. It's not a big deal but to use the title of the podcast would solve my problem dynamically (exemple: ${title})

  12. Ajouter un podcast en cliquant sur le lien iTunes ou RSS d'un podcast sur un site internet ou dans un mail

    Bonjour,
    Serait-il possible d'ajouter un podcast directement dans Podcast Addict en cliquant sur le lien iTunes ou RSS d'un podcast sur un site internet ou dans un mail ?
    Par exemple, j'aimerais ajouter tel ou tel épisode d'une émission de France Inter, que je trouve en consultant leur site. Quand je clique sur l'icône "ajouter à ITunes" il faudrait que mon téléphone me demande avec quoi je veux ouvrir ce lien et me proposer de l'ouvrir avec podcast Addict.

  17. timeshift

    I was watching football on TV and wanted to listen to local radio commentary. However, the radio is about 10 seconds ahead of the TV. It would be good to pause (time-shift?) the radio so that it synchronizes with the TV picture
