Get to continue your search after playing a new episode
So whenever I'm searching for new podcasts, the app immediately switches to the podcast control screen, and I lose my search. I think it'd be better if the podcast played minimized, allowing me to continue searching and adding to my queue

You can already customize every audio effect by podcast when changing them from the player screen

..when you download them. Have all unplayed episodes at the top of the feed.

Marking episides played after stopping in timer's function "stop at the end of current episode"
Marking episides played to allow autoremoving when they are shopped while using timer's function "stop at the end of current episode". Right now i have to remove all the episodes manually if i use this timer function despite all the settings about removing them automatically.

allow option to hide podcast album art from the main player
as with the current build, there is no way I fount to hide the album art work from the main player when playing

seen status
I download just some Podcast from my feeds, in the podcast i have not downloaded i am not intressted. I would like to mark all not downloaded podcast as "seen" to hide them for the next time i look through my feeds. If i choose mark all as read the downloaded Podcast lose there picture, in some of my feeds 2-3 podcast are published and i dont want to mark them one by one.

Option to mark newer episodes unread
If I doze off without setting the sleep timer, I wake up to several episodes marked read. It would be nice to "mark newer episodes unread", like the reverse of "mark older episodes read".

Autoplay downloaded episodes only
I'd like to be able to enable a setting to autoplay only downloaded episodes, even when online. Currently, it will autoplay the next in the series via streaming when online.

Automatic cleanup after time- or episode-delay.
This has come up before: "delay automatic deletion of a podcast" etc. But I disagree that you've already implemented this well.
If I missed something interesting near the end of a podcast, it would be easier to use the previous-track button than to rummage through my trash. This is important e.g. in driving mode or when listening through a headset with limited user interface buttons.
Desired behaviour: at the end of a podcast, it's tagged for deletion, but until then behaves just like a non-deleted playlist track.

Episodes view: pull up to close (card like optics)
I'd really like to see a card like view of an episode instead of the extra screen it is now. For example in all eposides list if I click an episode and want to resume to the list I have to press the back button of my phone. Instead you could pull the "card" up and release to close and return to the list.
A good example for that is the android feedly app. Also I like that the list has a fixed amount of entries on a page and you flip pages to get more pages.

Make it possible to completely forego artwork and/or comments
I don't have any use for either and so it would be great if I could save space by not downloading them in the first place.

add a stop button
when i ask it to update, if I have a podcast paused, the automatic cleanup does not work. I do not know which ones will update so I cannot avoid this issue and I then have to manually clean up which is what automatic cleanup is supposed to save me from.
why not just give us a stop button so that it isn't halfway through ANY episode. then there is no discrimination. it will work as it should, on every podcast.1 vote -
add filters and actions
filters that trigger on all podcasts / playlist / one podcast
and have actions associated (e.g. delete episode, mark as read, ...)Example: if there is a podcast which from time to time has episodes I don't like, I could set up a filter "episode text contains xyz" and add the action "delete from playlist" and I wouldn't be bothered with stuff I don't like

Window for when to download episodes.
Basically, I started a podcast with hundreds of episodes to listen to. Since it already updated the podcast, it keeps attempting to download the next unread episode as I listen to them. I would prefer it if it would just wait till night to try downloading them. I have batch limit set to 3 but it still gets triggered too often

When an automatic update starts, the device screen turns on for a couple of seconds.
This has not always been the case. My phone's screen turning on without me wanting it is somewhat creepy...

Listening statistics per podcast by date range
I have to listen to a number of hours of professional development each year for some certifications I have and podcasts count towards that time but I have to be able to show the hours of a particular podcast for the current year or last year. Would love this to show the length of the podcast time and not shorten it if I listen to the podcast at a higher speed. I know you can currently show time of all podcasts but not individually podcasts. Thanks!

Change "listened to" hours to reflect if an episode was listened to multiple times.
In "playback statistics" for podcasts, only the first listen adds to the total time listened. Subsequent listen throughs of the same episode don't update that time.
