As far as I can see, there are no abdroid podcast apps that can do this currently. Only Overcast on iOS can do this. Which is super disappointing. If Podcast Addict could do this. Then it would easily be the best podcast app.
It'd be nice to be able to share just a 30-60 clip from an episode of a podcast without having to send an entire podcast episode or link them to a time stamped link or whatever. Most of my friends just won't bother with that. If I send a short video though, then they'll listen.
