Just a heads up regarding the latest version of the app. It doesn’t provide cross device syncing yet, but it allows you to sign in to your Google Drive account and have all your data automatically backed up to make sure they are safe at all time. It also makes restoring the data on a new device really easy.
You can go into Settings/Backup to enable this and sign-in

Xavier, this product would be good enough to skip (further?) venture capital cycles if you were to prototype a synced version. It would position Podcast Addict as a prime candidate for partnering with a cloud service provider - google, amazon, microsoft - who could also bring a drop-in monetization model to the table. Your would own the synced podcast app space.
If you are not going to port Podcast Addict to Windows and add synchronization then gpodder integration seems like the next best thing. Please do one or the other.
