I'm doing some testing to check if I can implement this audio efect. However in order to test this I would need some sample files whith different audio levels between them or even within. Can you please send me an email with either link to some episodes (Settings/Feedback/Send email)?
Thanks

Ideally, you should be able to raise the volume to more than the "max" for very quiet podcasts.

...or during manual work.

This would be useful when using the playlist and when one's hands are occupied, eg, when biking or driving or going to sleep.

Since some podcasts are too quiet even at full volume for some headphones & environments, a digital level increase/decrease would be preferable.
A full blown implementation might measure (during play) & display the cumulative average volume of each podcast & allow "normalization" of playback to a value the user chooses for themselves.tom supported this idea ·
fwiw, why not check every 7 days?
