    Normalization is not the same as compression but it would be great to have either option as some podcasts include very loud commercials, which are super annoying.

    Here's more information on the latest standard in normalization, EBU-R128.

    Automatic normalization would be better but I could live with manual controls.

    Some podcasts are wicked loud while other are super soft. I wish podcasters could find a standard and stick with it...
