I would like the same thing, of my 32 GB storage Podcast Addict seems to be the largest consumer of storage. I like having a supply of podcasts available offline to listen to, but I'd like more control in how much space it usages, or rather how much free space it leaves.
100 MB is not much of a boundry, and often I can't take video or view my photos as the phone's complaining there's too little space. Deleting photos and other files doesn't help much if Podcast addict then soon filles up the claimed space... :/
It's a great app though, and I will keep using it, but this is my one pet peeve with it.
