Dismiss podcast suggestions

A feature to dismiss podcast suggestions that I'm not interested in so they don't show in suggestions anymore. No point in seeing the same suggestions all the time.

    I would like this for 2 reasons:
    1. There are some podcasts I will never try based on their title or description. E.g. I get recommendations for more true crime episodes but will never subscribe to the Nancy Grace podcast. 🙂
    2. If I try a podcast and don't like it, I sometimes forget the name. It would be great to be able to block these from showing up again in recommendations.
