  2. Material You design

    It would be great idea to add "Material You design" would not only bring a fresh look to the app, but also enhance the user experience by allowing them to customize the appearance to their liking. I believe this feature would be well received by the users and differentiate your app from others in the market.

  4. Add mark played to playlist menu

    I often don't finish the whole podcast and when I forget to clear my playlist it would be great if I could mark all episodes on it as played. Thanks 👍

  5. Show how many episodes have been added since last time

    I have many podcasts where I want to listen to new episodes as they appear and only occasionally listen to an old episode.

    Therefore, I'd like the numbers on the list of podcasts to show how many new episodes have been added since I last looked at the list of episodes of each podcast.

    The number that is currently showing is not of much use to me, as it always says a high number on each podcast.

    I cannot set all old episodes to listened, as I haven't listened to all of them and I want to know which episodes…

  6. Mark NOT INTERESTED for episodes

    Currently episodes can be marked as PLAYED or UNPLAYED, played episodes get a mark and can be hidden.

    I would like to mark some episodes as NOT INTERESTED (oe anything else similar). For a variety of reasons there are some episodes that I don't want to hear now or in a near future, others I stopped listening maybe because I found them boring. I could mark them as PLAYED to remove them from view, but maybe some day I could want to listen them and it would difficult to find. If I could have a different mark I would able…

  8. Implement the ability to block particular podcasts from appearing in the "new episodes" feed

    This would be useful for podcasts that are set to "download in archive mode" with a "keep at most" number set for automatic cleanup.

    I don't want to manually download episodes for podcasts in this configuration, as it would result in the deletion of already downloaded, unheard episodes. (I have them set to download in archive mode so that I can listen through all episodes in chronological order)

    So it would be good have an override option to hide these episodes from the new ep feed. This would declutter the feed and remove the possibility of accidentally manually downloading episodes…

  9. Playlist context menu: Move to bottom function

    Please change the functioning so I don't lose my location in the playlist when I select to move a podcast to the bottom of the cue. Currently, the screen jumps to the bottom along with the moved podcast.
    My list is long, it's awkward to scroll back to where I was

    I find the Autoplay toggle at the top of the playlist useless, but if that toggle was "play from the top" it would save me so many trips into the settings.

  14. Track "listening sessions" and allow to "forget" a session

    Use case: sometimes my earbuds accidentally connect to my phone and Podcast Addict starts playing without me noticing. When I notice it might have played for multiple hours and I need to go through my play history to figure out where I left off.

    In these moments I've often wished for a "listening session" feature that keeps track of the episode and time I started listening and all the episodes I did listen to, and allow me to forget/undo a session, as if the session never happened.
