I would like to set some kind of visual flags based on automatic rules
Thank you for your prior suggestions on my last request; you were right, 90% of what I wanted was already there. The last 10%:
I basically have these categories of podcasts: always download + playlist, sometimes download + always playlist, sometimes playlist. The "always" rules, I've got set up. The problem comes when I review all the new podcasts for the sometimes rules I do manually.
First request: if a podcast is already downloaded and playlisted, I don't need to see it as a new podcast. It takes too long to think about it; my preference is that if a podcast is new, it's there for me to do something with it.
Second request: whether I can have that or not, it's a bit difficult to figure out what to do for a sometimes podcast. The old way, when everything was manual, took a while but at least was repetitive; I didn't have to think about it. But now, I have to glance at the +/- to see if it was already added, then up at the down arrow/trashcan to see if it was downloaded, and then at the description to figure out what I want to change.
Might turn out that after all of the automated setup I did, the old way was actually faster. Is there any way I'm missing so I can take in at one glance what I need to do? I.e., downloaded/playlisted status indicators right next to each other? Thanks.
