Find (for deleting) duplicate episodes within a podcast by calculating its file hash
a sadly common use case:
Podcast owner changes episode titles and (accidentally) republishes them with a new RSS GUID tag. This results in the episode duplicating in PA as PA has no way to detect duplicates if the RSS GUID is different.
solution:
Offer a way to activate a more advanced filtering option per podcast that calculates each episodes file hash and then compares the episodes by hashes. Since this is cpu intensive, it should only be triggered manually via a menu option.
When marking episodes for deletion PA should pick the one not listened to OR prefer those published earlier than the duplicates (if that information is available). Anyway offering a preselected list of duplicates for the user to mass delete gives the user a chance to review the changes and deselect, select episodes to be deleted
