Add a toggle in "Skip Outro" > "Only if paused or stopped".
Thank you for an amazing app. It's simply the best out there! I have a suggestion for an additional feature, that would be amazing.
1.0) Many podcasts have commercials at the end, and the commercials typically vary in length from episode to episode, so you cannot use "Skip Outro" automatically, because if you set it to short, you have to listen to part of the commercial. If you set it to long, you risk losing the last bit of the podcast.
2.0) You can enable "Only if fast-forward is pressed", to accomodate the above, however if you enable that option there are a few culprits:
2.1) If you're listening to the lastest episode of a podcast, people just stop listening when the outro starts. It is counter-intuitive to have to press and hold "Forward" before you stop listening, when there is no new episode to skip forward to. It's equivalent to remembering to turn down the volume on your tv, before you power it off. It's "an extra action" that doesn't seems logical, and hence people forget to do it.
2.2) If you are done listening to en episode and wanna switch to a completely different podcast (not in your playlist) it is counter-intuitive to press and hold "Forward" before you switch podcast. Again it's "an extra action" that doesn't seems logical, and hence people forget to do it.
2.3) Many bluetooth headset manufacturers have implemented predefined touch/press actions in their headsets. In this case, Podcast Addict is not even able to process the touch/press, but will do the manufactures action instead (play/pause/volume etc.)
For those of us with headsets, and those of us who just stops the podcast after an episode or those of us who switch to a different podcasts at random, it would be nothing short of an amazing feature to have Podcast Addict auto-mark an episode as played when xx time remaining. Perhaps under "Skip Outro" add a toggle "Only if paused or stopped".
Thank you again for an amazing app. It's simply the best out there!
