Allow adding the YouTube subscription feeds
An example: http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/twoflowerable/subscriptions?v=2
When I add this feed, it tells me there are no episodes.
You can already subscribe to YouTube channels. You need to use the real channel URL not this feed URL.

You can watch it with http://podsync.net and any podcast player.

I see! Didn't notice that there are no links to the actual episodes. However, the feed I posted contains the links to the individual channels, so in fact it does (though indirectly) contains all the information to build the entire subscription feed. Being able to understand this would be a great feature, but I understand your time is precious. I could probably just build a small web service which would "extract" the feed into the individual episodes and subscribe to this in your app.
Thank you very much for your time.

You can subscribe to any RSS feed in the app but the link you send me only contains episode name. There's no link to the episode itself. That's why I added specific support to youtube channels.

I see. So there's no way to subscribe to the entire YouTube subscription feed (like the one I posted), only to the individual channels.

When you subscribe to the channel it displays every episodes available. If some episode are missing it's not an issue with the app.
I don't intent to play youtube content in the app player, because it's not supported by default libraries. -

> The display the full content provided by the channel you subscribe too.
I don't understand. Could you please elaborate?
> Playing a YouTube video will only works online.
That's fine.
> Those video won't be played within the app internal player.
And you don't consider this as a new feature for the future at all?

The display the full content provided by the channel you subscribe too. Playing a YouTube video will only works online. You can just press the play button to start the playback in the YouTube app. Those video won't be played within the app internal player.

I can subscribe to a channel, yes. But if I'm not mistaken, that does not substitute subscribing to an entire subscription - I may have bunch of channels in my subscriptions.
Furthermore, I have some regular YouTube channels subscribed, but for them the user experience is not as smooth as for regular audio podcasts since when I decide to play an episode from it, it merely offers me to open it in browser / YouTube app / whatever else. It would be fantastic if the player could optionally play the audio from YouTube videos directly. But that may be another idea altogether...
