How exactly do I rate a podcast, not just its individual episodes? I don't see any option to rate it in the drop down menu on the podcast description screen.

I'm new at this but want to rate individual podcast shows.
How exactly can I do this, please?

I'm getting a message lately when I give an episode a rating (5 star system) - that the feature will be removed!

Please do not remove this feature. I have rated hundreds of episodes and would hate to see this feature removed.

People use this to organize their favorite or most liked episodes. How else would we rate individual podcast episodes??? The new google drive feature only rates a podcast as a whole and not individual episodes!

Can this feature instead be expanded to allow users to export episode ratings into a separate file listed by podcast and episode number?

Please ensure it still uses half stars as well (e.g. i can rate a episode 2.5 stars) this doubles the ratings to a scale up to 10 different star ratings total.

Another feature that would be nice is to see your rating on the episode list page of a particular podcast, instead of only seeing your rating when you click on individual episodes

I was starting to wonder if there was a business case to create the iMDB of Podcasts but @Cole_Raven mentioned Podchaser and I see that they are working on this idea already.

What do all the other Podcast apps use for reviews? Does each podcast app have it's own review system or do many of them attempt limited iTunes integration?

I get that for historical reasons iTunes, and now its successor Apple Podcasts, is where podcast reviews live on the Internet, so dominantly so that even if you could rate and review on an Android app like Podcast Addict, it'd be of little or no use to podcast creators or anybody else. It's weird, but that's how it is. But couldn't Podcast Addict include a link or an alert that would clearly explain how to submit a podcast review to Apple? Or have that info prominently placed in PA's online help? Tons of PA users want to review podcasts and make their reviews matter, which means getting them into Apple's podcast review repository. How best can a Podcast Addict user do this?

Gosh YES add a review option. Conviction S2 is using Podcast Addict as a means to move listeners to spotify. It sux and i can't comment on that because there is no place to make a comment!

Guys, the reviews come from iTunes. You can't add reviews to iTunes/Apple from an Android app. Apple does not have an open ecosystem. If you want to review a podcast, review it on Apple/iTunes podcasts

It's too bad we can't review or rate our favorite shows. I don't like iTunes and don't want to use that, just for reviewing podcasts.

I've asked for this and it was declined. Hopefully it will be added in the future. I dont use iTunes

Why hasn't this happened yet? We can read reviews, but not leave them, which seems like a huge oversight.

Podchaser ratings and review integration would make a lot of sense for this
