Sleep mode reverts progress to last shake
Say I set the sleep timer to 15 minutes and fall asleep after 10 minutes. When I resume the podcast the next day it should revert those 15 minutes and start the playback from the last time I shook the phone. The way it works now make it so you miss parts of the podcast during the time between increasing the sleep timer and falling asleep
Not his isn’t how it works. The app will play those 15 minutes before pausing unless you shake the device to ‘snooze’ right at the end

I agree, this would be a great addition to the sleep timer. Currently, I have to use the workaround of going back ten minutes when i wake up, sometimes even retrieving an episode from the trash.

Is there any chance you might add it as an option for the sleep mode?

Yes I understand, but unfortunately this isn't the purpose of this setting. This setting is only there to stop the playback after xx minutes or at the end of the current episode.

You must have misunderstood what I meant. Say that the current time for my podcast is 30 minutes in and I set the sleep timer to 10 minutes. When the progress reaches 40 minutes the sleep timer stops the playback, what I'm suggesting is that the next day when I want to resume the podcast it starts the playback at 30 min instead of 40 min. My reason for this is that I dont remember the minutes just before I fall asleep. I'm sorry if I didnt explain this properly in my original suggestion
