Avoid getting stuck on missing episodes
I've started listening to the Memory Palace and there's an episode in the listing that appears to never load. It's "Episode 0 (Re-Up)" and occurs between Episode 44 and Episode 45. If I try to play it, it says "Connecting to www.podtrac.com..." for a long time and then it gets a 404 error. I've marked it as read, but whenever I go back to the Memory Palace podcast now, it keeps trying to play that episode, and I have to manually go to the episode listing and select the current one. This happens every time I re-open the app. Any chance you can improve the behavior here? (Or is there something I'm missing?)
Make sure to remove the episode from your playlist if you don’t want to listen to it otherwise the app will keep playing the playlist content. You can also enable Settings/Playlist/Skip upon failure if you want the app to skip to the next episode in case an error occurs.

You can manage your playlist from the playlist screen which is available in the navigation sidebar. From there long press on the episode and select 'remove from playlist' -

Oh a playlist is distinct from the podcast episode listing, right? This isn't a playlist, it's the feed itself: https://feeds.feedburner.com/thememorypalace -- although it looks like the episode no longer appears there. I tried refreshing the podcast in PA, but Episode 0 is still there even though it's no longer in the RSS feed.

How can I remove it? I don't see that option in the episode details or the menu for that episode in the episode listing for the podcast.
