Cross device synchronization
Would be great to be able to synchronize subscriptions, playlist, read status, ... between devices
The next couple of versions will focus in getting reed of any existing issue, then I will resume working on this feature.
I may have found a solution to handle the charge necessary and which might not cost too much.
Once a first beta with basic subscription syncing is available I will study the impact on the servers (and the cost), then I will add more syncing step by step, in order to sync the read status, favorite flag, playback progress, …
Hopefully I’ll be able to add this feature in the free version

This truly would make the app first in class and, these days, is kind of an expected benchmark

I'm looking forward to this update.
Store podcasts on the SD cars.

I already purchased the property version, but would gladly purchase a newer pro version for this option, as it would be so helpful to me!
Also very much looking forward to this option

I'm very sad to say that I couldn't wait for this feature any longer, and I also have moved on to Pocket Casts. I will miss some features from your app, but the sync ability is one of the most critical feature for me, and so I must go. Please note that if this feature arrives in PodcastAddict, I will be back. Thank you.
I got tired of waiting for this. I understand that Xavier has to prioritize some features over the others, considering that he does not have much support, but this doesn't even seem like its in his radar anymore. I switched over to another app which offers sync support. I really enjoyed this app, and its so many useful features, but with no updates for so long, I don't think suggestions are taken seriously anymore.

I want listen podcast in my car (android) and smartphone (android) without sync i never know where i have stopped... Sorry i found another app that supports sync
A sincronização poderia ser feita pelo Google Drive do próprio usuário, reduzindo os custos de implementação

This is taking so long, is embedded on so many other apps, and is a stated $ 3000 goal on Patreon, that I don't think it's gonna happen soon. A real shame, as I even donate to the Patreon. But I see no reason to still hope for syncing to happen to this otherwise great app.
This is a must. All my other apps sync podcasts. I spend last night downloading and choosing podcasts on my tablet. I downloaded it on my phone and have to start over? No thanks.
gpodder.net support would surely knock this one on the head with zero server costs and allow synchronisation with a PC client.

Need sync feature to maintain viability in the podcast player market
I like the user friendly app compared to others that I've paid for and always come back to Podcast Addict and would really love to be able to sync my android phone and kindle fire with my close to 300 subscriptions. I would be willing to pay a one time fee for this feature.

I really like podcast addict, but this idea was suggested over four years ago and it still hasn't been implemented. I listen to podcasts on multiple devices and this feature is always something I wanted, but now that I have a new phone and have to re-subscribe to each and every podcast, and mark hundreds of episodes as played, I might as well start fresh with an app that syncs between devices. There's at least one other podcast app that supports this (won't name any here), and I'm going to switch to it.
Have you considered using gpodder.net for this? Some other app use it.
I've just upgraded my phone and can't find out how to log in to retrieve all my podcasts. Looks like there is no login option. Very strange. I will use a different app from now on.
Any progress on this?
