do not update itunes:complete=yes feeds
some feeds are old, and not posting any new episodes - a itunes:complete=yes tag situation, it will be nice to automatically disable 'keep updated' in feeds with this tag - default behavior will be skip that feed when updating

A new setting in Settings/Update will allow you to do this in the upcoming version (2020.14)
