Allow storage of downloaded episodes to an external SD card
Or, if this is not possible, have an easy way to delete downloaded episodes en masse.
You can store the episodes on the SD card. You have to change the default storage location in Settings/Download/Storage location. Make sure to follow the instructions especially if you’re on KitKat. You can also delete episodes automatically in Settings/Automatic cleanup or ‘en masse’ by selecting them

I chose a different dir path . But when I click 'Ok'. nothing happens, It still keeps the same old (default when installed).
I am running out of storage. I am on Android 6.1 and Nexus 6 ( not 6p ) device.
I want to store all my podcasts on the default location on External SD Card, so I am able to use my phone normally.. I am able to copy the podcasts from default location to the external SD card using ES- Explorer. -

Just make sure you are in the podcast (top left menu)section of the app before following Xaviers advice

You will find the instructions in the app FAQs (Settings/FAQs)
Basically you need to go in Settings/Download/Storage location and select a valid folder on your SD card -

Xavier,
I am new to podcast addict, you mention the need to follow instructions in changing the storage location from (what I assume is an onboard memory default location) to the SD card slot. Where can I view a step by step description of this process? Thanks
