Notify user when SoundCloud public RSS is not available
I added a few SoundCloud URLs (e.g. soundcloud.com/nasa) but I didn't receive any episode list. I was confused for a minute. Then I checked their RSS url which didn't contain anything.
Thus, my suggestion.
my version: 2.23 (build 333)
I’m not sure to understand what you ask for. Any empty RSS feed you subscribed to will display no episode. The counter will remain null, so it already says that there’s no content in the feed. What are you asking for?

Addendum:
Use case of an empty feed:
1. Add URL
2. See no episodes
3. UnsubscribeIt may be unrelated, but I don't know how to see if a podcast has episodes before subscribing.

Why would you open the feed in a web browser ?
Once you subscribed to the podcast, Just open it in Podcast Addict. If it displays no episode, then the feed is empty. If there's no error message displayed, the feed was successfully parsed which means that there's no content -

*obvious way as in other than typing the long URL manually.

How to check if the RSS is really empty:
1. Go to Podcast description
2. Read the RSS feed URL
3. Type the URL in a browser
4. Is it empty? But I don't think most users would do that and just assume the Soundcloud adding feature didn't work properly, just as I assumed at first.
I don't know if public RSS on SoundCloud is a default option or not, but every URL I tried didn't have a public feed (ok 3 out of 4). And I don't see an obvious way to see if a SoundCloud channel has an RSS or not.
So could you help out on the app? Hope it was more clearer this time.
