way to redownload a episode
It would be very usefull if we could download again a corrupted episode. It happens to me some times a episode corrupta while downloading, and when I try to play it, the player shows me a error.
I could finf a way to redownload it.
You can open the episode screen and press delete/download to do that.
Why are you saying the episode is corrupted ? If the status is downloaded it means that the episode file on your device is the same as the one on the podcast server so downloading it again won’t change anything unless the podcast owner replaced the file on the server with a different one.’
Please let me know what the issue is with those ‘corrupted files’.
Press this site Contact support button to do so
Thanks

I've got an SD card that throws an error sometimes and corrupts episodes. A redownload feature would be extremely convenient for this scenario.

The app always checks for the free space available before downloading a file. If there's less than 150MB after the file is downloaded then the app won't download it.
If you got a 8kb file it's because your ISP 'hijacked' the download for policy reasons.
Rename the downloaded file as .html and open it in a web browser you will see a message from your ISP / hotspot explaining that the download of this kind of file is forbidden. To redownload an episode you need to delete it and then redownload it. In this case you will need to use a different connection.

I don't think this is always true Xavier. I just got two episodes today while I was on a sporadic/unreliable WIFi link. PA shows them in the playlist as downloaded. It says the file should be more than 40Mb. When I look at it with a file manager, it's only 8Kb. Of course I can't play them. Now I'm also looking for an option to re-download these files :)
I also had a similar issue in the past when my phone memory was full. Somehow PA didn't check about that (maybe it was with an old version).
