add a 'bedtime bookmark' button
A button I could occasionally press while I'm listening in bed, so that if I fall asleep I can go back to that point in the show when I last pressed it
Delivered in v3.33
EDIT: I just published a first beta which adds basic support for bookmarks.
You can access bookmark from the player and episode screen.
Long press on the bookmark button to quickly create a new bookmark
Pls send me some feedback regarding this new feature
Next version of the app will add a Bookmark feature which will allow you to attach notes to episodes.
A first beta should be available later this week.
Please join the beta tester group in order to test it and provide some feedback

No need for this idea when bookmarks will be implemented.

Proximity sensor if plugged in. If you haven't waved your hand over it in X minutes, count down to snoozeville begins.
You can enable the player Sleep timer to do so. It allows you to stop playback automatically when the time is up or if the current episode ends

Also, a way to stop it progressing to the next one automatically in bed mode?
I once fell asleep and ended up having to go back through the listened items and reset progress and re-add to the playback queue!
Bookmarks are also useful to find a "highlight" in the podcast in order to return and listen to or share that section. So they're TWICE as useful!

Snore detection FTW! :)
Motion sensing would be great .

Neat idea. Even better if it could use motion sensing. ie shake twice or twist to register as 'still awake'..

This would be great.
