This is a very unusual request. Maybe the podcasts you listen to don't have good audio quality and so their volumes are not optimized? I've had this problem with some specific podcasts and always tried to reach out to them, since it's a very easy problem to fix.
Otherwise, maybe you're not using the right headset for your environment? Boosting the volume even higher than your device's limit would undoubtedly damage your hearing.
