    ETA in any mode, not just driving mode

    I listen whilst driving to the ability to one press bookmark and then it returns to the same screen where I can add another bookmark without pressing back etc. Even a long press on a volume key would be great as its tactile and doesn't require me to look at the screen nor wake it up.

  2. Include a setting to automatically have the bookmark start x seconds before I pressed "add bookmark"
