Last week stat broken after month change
Currently the stat for the listing time for last week is 0. This is most likely caused by the month change between the weeks, because I listen on the daily - no off-time! 😇

Regarding this issue, it has been fixed in the latest beta and a new version will soon be available with a fix. No data has been lost. It’s just a display bug

Support sorting by track number for imported virtual folder audiobooks
While you can sort by tag/filename/etc. you can not sort by track number. This means I am unable to import any audiobooks that play chronologically in order and renders the feature unusable.
Please add support for sorting by track number in single and double digit format and scrape track numbering from file tags.

1 voteSorting by publication date will allow you to do this. If there's no publication date information, the app relies on the track number to order the episodes when 'by publication date' is selected. Feel free to send me an email if you have any questions so I can help you (Settings/Feedback)

Sort based on feed
I listen to some podcasts by keeping up with the most recent, some by listening old to new. But when I sort one podcast old to new, it makes the sort of all the others show up the same. I would love to have it so that each podcast remembers the sort style from the last time I listened.

Recent wpisode button
Put the recent episodes button on the first screen because i use it every time after i open the app. Its difficult 2 access the function now

Sorting playlist
Would like to have the ability to sort items within the playlist through drag and drop mechanism.

You can use the select mode to select multiple episodes and then apply the action of your choice.
If you’re in the “Playback in progress” screen then you can use the ‘Reset progress’ action -
allow videos to play in the background..
To allow the audio of the video to continue while outside of the app the same as an audio only podcast.

Rewind button on screen saver mode
I would love a rewind button similar to the forward button when the app is on the screen saver mode. If I ever miss something and need to rewind, it's a pain to unlock the phone and go into the app. We have a fast forward button, but no rewind in that mode.

Not a suggestion, request for help
I've tried to get the contents of a folder on my internal storage to populate the play list (I'm assuming this is the best/only method of listening to my local storage content with Podcast Addict. I used "+" (Add) and selected "Import", navigated to my folder of content and Here I'm Stuck! The ONLY clickable item is "CANCEL". How am I supposed to Import my local podcast content into Podcast Addict's Play List???

Add fast forward to Android auto interface
Add fast forward / skip 30 seconds as option in the android auto interface.

Change update sort order
Currently, the update of all podcasts goes in alphabetical order. But I would like the option to sort that by priority or recently updated as I do in the playlist, so that the stuff I want to hear first gets downloaded first, and the long-finished podcasts get to the rear of the update queue
3 votesPodcasts are updated based on the app main sc6 sorting mode. If you change the sorting so episodes are sorted by priority then they will also update following that same order

Make multiple downloads run parallel
Right now episodes are downloaded sequentially. So if I click "download" on 10 episodes, but episode 2 is from a slow podcast host, the fast downloads stay queued until it completes.
Ideally downloads run in parallel (or at least 1 parallel per podcast).

Play just the audio of a video, not the image
There are audio and video podcasts. I would like to play video files as they were just audio files.

I checked the manufacturer website and didn’t find any developer section. I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do here if they don’t provide any sdk or documentation on their solution

Add a setting to limit downloads based on time
I don't want episodes downloaded if they are under 5 minutes or over 2 hours, like I hate when an episode downloads and it's the teaser for the premium version smh
1 votePlease go into the podcast custom settings and use the filters for this. If the podcast rSS feed provides the episode duration you can have the app skip episodes based on this

Make reordering the playlist intuitive
I don't understand why this hasn't been a feature from the beginning. I want to manually order my playlist while in the playlist. I want to long press an episode and drag it where I want.

User Data Very Large
Podcast episodes I download are stored on SD-card, the app itself is not, ok. But when I look at how much space the app takes up in internal memory, the app itself is very small, but it has 1,5 GB of user data. So Android says it takes up a little more than 1,5 GB of internal memory. That's strange. And the number does not change depending on how many episodes I have downloaded.
3 votesThe app doesn’t use any storage space.
Once you select the SD card to tore the files, all the files are moved from the internal memory to the SD card.
The app doesn’t use any more internal storage space, however if you check the app storage usage in Android it will still show the same usage space as it shows the total space used by the app in both its internal storage and SD card folders.
You can check that the app doens;’t use any storage space on the internal memory by using a file explorer app
