  1. No automatic rewind after a notification

    after an audio notification (SMS Mail...), the podcast is rewinded with the amount of time configured in the Automatic Rewind parameter.
    No need to rewind in this case. Only rewind after a manual pause or after the end of a timer.

  2. Add option to wrap playlist when last item finishes playing

    Some times I want to listen to the last item on the playlist without re-sorting it. Currently the playback will stop once the last item is finished, even if there are elements left on the playlist.

    When finishing the last item, it would be useful if playback could resume from the first element, thus wrapping around.

    Edit: Delivered in v3.6.1

    This will be added in the new version. You will have to go into Settings/Sliding menu and enable the playback history entry.
    Please join the beta channel group in order to get early access to the feature and to give me some feedback.

  4. Show downloaded episode

    If I have showing option to chose downloaded, not downloaded or all. It would be nice.

  5. add video episode playlist

    In order to see my video episodes, Ihave to go to the podcast episode and play an episode. I repeat this process to see the next one. I spend a lot of time doing this. I need a video playlist (it seems podcast addict doesn't have it).

  7. Audio Equalizer (EQ) settings function.

    Some podcasters play some songs in their episodes so it would be cool to have an EQ function like the one in "Play Music". Definitely not an ESSENTIAL function but I'm just putting this out there for the distant future.

  8. set a specific time for the app to turn on so people can be woken up by a podcast in the morning

    You can set some sort of timer/"alarm" so the app will turn itself on in the morning to wake you up, and it could also turn itself off if you listen to it while you fall sleep so it doesn't drain your battery life

    A first beta has been published with the Alarm feature.
    Please join the Beta on the Play Store app page, then update the app to get it.
    I will need your help to test this on many different devices and situations to make sure this works fine.
    For now everything except the Snooze feature has been implemented.

    So the widget can look just like the lockscreen, much cleaner.

  10. Automatically keeping only the last episode and deleting the precious ones

    The program automatically deletes all the podcast's episode and keeps the last one only, maybe with some sort of condition (if it's not read, don't delete)

    This feature has been delivered in the latest version of Podcast Addict (v1.23)

    You can select the number of downloaded episode to keep in Settings/Automatic Cleanup.
    If you prefer, you can override this setting for each podcast. To do so, long press on a podcast (main screen) and select ‘Custom Settings’ from the menu.

  11. Make an option for choosing a light / dark theme for the girls

    Please make a white UI for us girls!
    I use both yours and Pocketcasts now, bc of their UI, but their app doesnt compare to yours.

    Currently you can not modify the font size. My screen is small and the default font is quite small

  15. Always keep a certain amount of episodes downloaded

    If I have say three episodes of a podcast downloaded/queued and I listen to one, I'll have two once it's finished.
    What I'd like to see is a feature where once a certain threshold was reached, it would download the next <amount> of episodes so that I'd always have a certain number ready to go.

    This feature is handled by the new ‘Archive mode which is available in Settings/Download’. Make sure to set Settings/Automatic cleanup/Keep at most setting to a value different than unlimited to select how many episodes the app is supposed to keep downloaded

  16. Include a hashtag in Twitter sharing

    Simply include a hashtag (customizable or not) in Twitter sharing text to make it trappable by IFTTT or other similar services.

  17. Filter Recent Episodes by Category

    In the Recent Episodes section we can choose to filter new episodes either by Podcast name(individual podcasts) or All Podcasts. It would be really nice if we could filter new episodes by Category. For e.g. I do not want my Audiobook chapters to show up as new episodes. Right now I cannot create a category called say "not Audiobook" add all the regular podcasts to it and filter using that. That would be really helpful. Thanks

  19. Sort by filename

    I want to be able to sort by file name (i.e. no sorting at all) so that I can listen to my offline podcasts from oldest to newest.
