An error occurred while saving the comment You can play both audio and video using the app internal player or you can use an external player for audio and/or video.
The global settings menu is available in the navigation sliding menu. This menu is the default way of navigating through an app on Android. Maybe it's not the default way on Blackberry -

An error occurred while saving the comment Tu peux effectuer une recherche dans les listes de podcasts par réseau.
Ces listes sont constituées automatiquement a partir des flux RSS. Radio france ne distingue pas ses différentes radios dans l'URL donc je ne peux pas découper la liste. Les vignettes proviennent des flux et ne sont pas toujours renseignées ou alors les fichiers sont renommés ou supprimés sur leur serveur... Bref les radios sont généralement de très 'mauvais élèves' en se qui concerne les flux RSS... -

It means that somehow your update has been interrupted or some feeds failed to refresh so on next re connection the app tries to complete the update process

An error occurred while saving the comment It has been implemented but for download. You can set the app to only keep a specific number of downloaded episode (Settings/Automatic Cleanup)

An error occurred while saving the comment Out of curiosity why would you want to refresh your feeds every 5 minutes ?
Do you have a feed that have new content every few minutes ?
Push isn't an option because episode retrieval isn't handled server side. It's done on your device. -

An error occurred while saving the comment As a workaround, rename your folder as '_podcasts' for example. Then select the parent folder as the storage location in Podcast Addict. Then stop the app, delete the 'podcasts' folder created by Podcast Addict and rename your '_podcasts' folder into 'podcasts'.

An error occurred while saving the comment I'm not sure it's a good idea because Android might kill the app when it's in the background (Android way of freeing some resources), then if you switch back to the app it you force a new refresh.
Why don't you use the automatic refresh and set a specific time and/or interval ? -

An error occurred while saving the comment It's 20 suggestions based on your subscriptions. It's limited to 20 suggestions because my (small) server has been upgraded twice already and is still not handling the increasing traffic very well...
Once I found a solution to this problem I will offer more suggestions (same problem for TOP 25 podcasts) -

An error occurred while saving the comment Are you talking about the player notification while you are listening to a podcast ? Id so it cannot be hidden, because of the nature of the service created for playback. If a service is created with a high priority, its notification cannot be hidden
An error occurred while saving the comment You can already hide every notifications. Just go into Settings > Notifications.

An error occurred while saving the comment You can already do that using apps like automate it and tasker. Adding this feature into the app will require new permissions and I want to avoid that. Feel free to contact me by mail if you need some help using tasker.

An error occurred while saving the comment You can use the lock screen widget for that
Auto cleanup only dequeue episodes if you enabled automatic dequeue. You can enable the trash for episode deleted automatically by this feature. It will allow you to restore them for a couple of days.
