Add a bandwith limiter
I would like a way to limit the speed at which the podcasts download, the reason is that i use my wifi to download many things at once and the podcast coaks the bandwith

"Play podcast when downloading has finished" button.
Slow internet means I don't have time to sit and wait for the episode to finish. Instead, I'd love for PA to start playing a designated episode once it has finished downloading.

Customization Styles
create customization styles so that users can apply a bundle of options to different channels. For example, for learning type PodCast, I always want to sort from old to new, I always want to play from old to new, I may not want to delete after playing, etc. For news, I don't want old podcasts, I don't want to store too many episodes, etc.

Better driving controls
When starting a podcast episode you have to click a small play button sandwiched between the elapsed podcast time and how long ago it was released. While driving I have found it frustrating to accurately hit this bitton, it is too small, often I am a bit off which then takes me to the episode description with the play button at the furthest point from my thumb possible. So then I have to change my grip on the phone or tablet to start the playback. This is frustrating and distracting while driving down the road in my transport truck. I…

Rearrange the episode options menu more logically (so it's not so easy to delete on accident)
Currently, the "delete episode" option is right under "Add to playlist". I often listen to podcasts as I am walking, and it's easy to do a false move while I'm trying to add new episodes to my playlist and delete them instead, so I have to wait 'til I get home to redownload it.
Perhaps the "delete" option should be placed more thematically (close to "unsubscribe", say) or close to less frequently used options (like copy url to clipboard or refresh content from RSS).
Alternatively, you could make it possible to set manually deleted episoded to go to the trash.

Add download quotas by show
I would like to limit the ammount of space used for some feeds (and maybe a global quota for the app too).

Bring out the Share and WWW menu options onto the podcast artwork
Instead of hiding the Share and WWW options in the drop down menu, you can overlay it on top of the podcast artwork for quick access.

Add an option not to download episode thumbnail even while using Wi-Fi
Thank you for this amazing app.
It would be nice if you could disable the option to download episode thumbnails, which take a lot of space on the phone memory. Currently, you can disable it if you are using your mobile data, but it'd nice if you could add this feature as a general one (even when download using Wi-Fi)8 votes -

"Download Later" category
Would you be able to create one more podcast category called something like "podcast queue". The purpose of this category is to add(or just bookmark) the podcast episodes, which should be downloaded in some moment in the future. This feature could help on users with small amount of free phone storage, but with a huge list of interesting podcasts waiting to be heard sometimes in near future.

Duration of selection
An option to display the duration of any selection instead of just the entire playlist. For downloaded episodes and episodes already a part of the playlist.

Create a virtual podcast from a m3u playlist stored locally
I am using a playlist created on my desktop to organise language lessons. So far I have been playing the playlists with my audio player, but I would like to automatically remove the lesson from the playlist after completion. I thougth it might be possible using the virtual podcast feature of Podcast Addict, but my lessons are not sorted alphabatically.

Make app banner & slide menu translucent/blurred
First, I would like to thank you for the awesome app. I've used so many podcast apps but none of them are as great as Podcast Addict.
What I did wish we had, is more theme customization options such as white theme or translucency/blur for the app banner and slider menu.3 votes -

Modify the automatic refresh
Modify the automatic refresh to refresh by given day of the week or only weekdays rather than an across the board update every day. This would better accommodate my workout days for which your app has proven itself indispensable. Thank you for developing this wonderful app

Give Options for the Share-to-Twitter Function
For the share-to-Twitter function, can the sharing be held until a defined point in the episode? i.e. 50%, 75%, 99% etc
