    What if you'd like sometimes to add some random content to your playlist which isn't already in your playlist?

    I think for PodcastAddict it could be integrated with the playlist. Simply add a playlist option to download episodes when they are added to playlist, whether explicitly or otherwise.

    Playlist is often annoying to me when I'm offline because some episodes there are downloaded and some not, depending how/when they got added.

    I just noticed the "Add a counter for newly available episodes that are not already downloaded or on playlist" suggestion is somewhat similar, though different. If nothing else, it shows many people would like to find the counter badge more useful than they do now... but in different ways.

    Just a heads up regarding the latest version of the app. It doesn’t provide cross device syncing yet, but it allows you to sign in to your Google Drive account and have all your data automatically backed up to make sure they are safe at all time. It also makes restoring the data on a new device really easy.
    You can go into Settings/Backup to enable this and sign-in
